Shipping Policy

All products that need to be shipped upon purchasing and receiving payment will be sent via Canada Post within the week of purchasing. Blume's Boutique will send customers a tracking code who have paid for that option. Anything smaller than the tracked package rate is sent via letter mail. Customers can pay a $15.00 rate to have any package tracked, regardless of the size. Once the package is mailed, it is no longer Blume's Boutique's responsibility and if the customer doesn't receive the package, contact us ASAP.
